Congress has become the Roman Senate. Nice job. Very prestigious. Good parties.

Congress writes laws. Many of them bad. Bad laws delegate regulation making authority to Executive branch entities, like the EPA. If I worked in the EPA, right now I would be scared witless that I was going to be leaned on like an IRS agent to make political calculations, rather than technical and legal judgments.
