To be more specific, they’re voting on the bill plus the Corker/Hoeven amendment. My prediction: 72 yes votes, despite the phony border-security “triggers” and despite the fact that the bill now reeks of “Cornhusker Kickback”-style buyoffs to bring fencesitting Republicans on board. No matter. Schumer’s goal was 70 and I expect he’ll get it, which will help him with his exciting new “there’ll be mass demonstrations if the House doesn’t pass this thing” talking point.
Did you know that amnesty for illegals is a “civil rights” issue? You do now:

So Johanns voted for it. He hasn’t done one thing right since he became a senator. Huge disappointment, and if he thinks he’s going to come back to Nebraska and have any kind of political future he’s got another think coming. Depending on how things go he may suffer the same fate as Ben Nelson did when he tried eating out after he betrayed the whole state’s honor with the Cornhusker Kickback.

I think the GOP NJ US Senate candidate is anti-amnesty. Maybe they can at least trash Christie and Booker for the triple murder in Newark. Christie put in a pro amnesty candidate in the senate.

I think they know that the corrupt regime is able to rig the elections. The communists’ Cloward-Piven Plan to destroy the US from within includes open borders as a way to subvert elections and to bankrupt the country so it could be said that “capitalism has failed”. With the crooked liberal media and threatened “conservative” media/pundits, the races can be kept close enough that they can be stolen by fake votes and/or vote switching in the tabulation software in the big cities, which are always heavy democrat.
Basically, elections don’t mean anything any more. The process has been taken over by the coup - as their own documents say the communists have planned to do since at least mid-1960’s. It’s not a conspiracy theory; it is a communist boast.
