Since when did panhandling become specialized? Some beg for money, some for booze, this guy for a spliff? I can sympathize with those truly begging for a JOB. In Tampa at the intersection of I275 and Busch Blvd. an old guy hangs out with a sign saying "I want a beer and that's that!" At least he's honest.
