The Colorado Civil Rights Division has ruled an elementary school discriminated against a transgender 6-year-old child by barring her from using the girls' bathroom.
KDVR reports the New York-based Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced the ruling Sunday, and said they would hold a news conference Monday to explain the decision in the case of Coy Mathis, who was born a boy but identifies as a girl.

We live in bizarro world. The “parents” of that poor child should be arrested for child abuse/endangerment.
I seriously doubt a 6 year old has on his/her own decided their gender. The kids PARENTS decided the kid born male is really female and have decided to raise the poor kid as a female.

They see a kid in need of help. So do I. Child abuse seems quite clear here.

It’s not long ago that this would have definitely happened.
Now, the courts are on THEIR side.

I wonder where he/she is more likely to get beaten up; the boys’ room or the girls’ room?

But a kid can consent to the notion that they are actually a completely different gender even though they are physically not that gender? Not to mention they can have abortions without their parents knowing, get condoms from the school, and can proclaim that they are gay?
