ObamaCare hits hurdles ahead of fall deadline
FOX News ^ | June 21, 2013 | By Jim Angle

Obama administration allies are ratcheting up their push to sell ObamaCare, with one making a seven-figure ad buy to promote the "benefits" of the overhaul while another prepares to hold dozens of events across the country. The sales job, it turns out, may be needed more than ever.

With an October deadline fast approaching for the launch of the "exchanges" -- the newly created government-regulated insurance marketplace -- the law is running into logistical and political hurdles despite surviving last year's Supreme Court ruling.

Public opinion is just one barometer for the potential trouble ahead.

A new Fox News poll finds that voters oppose the law by a split of 55-40 percent, marking a 6-point increase in opposition from this time last year.

And a Kaiser foundation poll finds that only 19 percent of Americans think they will be better off under the new health care law.

On top of that comes a Government Accountability Office report which says implementation is behind schedule and raises doubts about whether the law can be implemented on time.

National Health Care in England is now burdened with caring for crippled and mentally retarded offspring of muslims who married cousins to “keep the tribe strong”. The inbreeding among muslims produces psychopathic murderers. Is this the real goal of Obamacare...to insure that there is free medical care for all the muslim cripples and retards?

Well, you mean a BILL amending the Obamacare bill or an amendment to the constitution? One is relatively easy if we get the senate. The other is damn near impossible.

They will up the tax penalty when they see that it’s not working.

He was talking about a bill amending the Obamacare “law,” not a Constitutional amendment.

They can no longer force a bill through without GOP votes. As long as we can count on Boehner, we're safe. Do you feel safe?

This will be a lot of work for the miscreants at the IRS. The agents have been required to target the administration’s political enemies and now they must spend time determining who must buy insurance, what type of insurance is qualified, who will pay the tax/penalty, and whether or not they should expend resources enforcing the rules on a cases by case basis. IMO, it will be a money losing effort for the IRS to attempt to collect revenue from middle class ‘insurance scofflaws’. More resources will be drained from the IRS, that could be spent elsewhere- BUT, that’s a good thing.
The best thing that the House could do would be to choke off the IRS’ funding at every opportunity.

Massive Civil Disobediance.

Yep. I've been beating that drum for months around here. We've reached a point where none of the traditional means of exerting our will as a people work anymore.

Washington has now become so powerful and thoroughly entrenched in treason, that it's going to take a demonstration of will on the part of the people that is possibly unprecedented in our history, to put an end to it.

Peaceful rallies in the park with speeches, flags, and banners isn't going to do the trick. They'll simply laugh. Nothing short of MASSIVE, and unrelenting civil disobedience, on the part of tens of millions of Americans, is going to stop this runaway leviathan.

And we're running out of time to get a move on. I fear that if we wait much longer, we'll find ourselves with but one final resort to the ongoing and increasing tyranny. I don't think any of us wants to see the country go there.
