"Is this person going for the hypocrite of the century award? Because we have to call things by their right names, and the reality is that by any serious examination, this man is a war criminal."
"This is the man who has facilitated a 200 percent increase in the use of drones, which have killed thousands of people including hundreds of children,"
"There isn't much peace in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Pakistan, and there certainly isn't much peace in Syria"
AS much as I despise Hussein — killing bad guys with drones is NOT a war crime.
This woman is a bit of a nut but she’s right.
“As she continued to speak it seems to me that she sounded more and more like a worthless European Communist punk who was slamming Osama Obama because he wasn’t acting *enough* like a Commie”
I agree, just thought it was interesting to see the shift in opinion from 5 years ago.
Here’s the wiki definition. By this definition Obama is not a “war criminal.” (Not even close.)
A war crime is a serious violation of the laws applicable in armed conflict (also known as international humanitarian law) giving rise to individual criminal responsibility. Examples of war crimes include “murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps,” “the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war,” the killing of prisoners, “the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity.”[1]
Similar concepts, such as perfidy, have existed for many centuries as customs between civilized countries, but these customs were first codified as international law in the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907. The modern concept of a war crime was further developed under the auspices of the Nuremberg Trials based on the definition in the London Charter that was published on August 8, 1945. (Also see Nuremberg Principles.) Along with war crimes the charter also defined crimes against peace and crimes against humanity, which are often committed during wars and in concert with war crimes.
Article 22 of The Hague IV (”Laws of War: Laws and Customs of War on Land (Hague IV); October 18, 1907”) states that “The right of belligerents to adopt means of injuring the enemy is not unlimited”[2] and over the last century many other treaties have introduced positive laws that place constraints on belligerents (see International treaties on the laws of war). Some of the provisions, such as those in The Hague, the Geneva, and Genocide Conventions, are considered to be part of customary international law, and are binding on all.[3][4] Others are only binding on individuals if the belligerent power to which they belong is a party to the treaty which introduced the constraint.
She reminds me of one of those women in pink people. Who was she talking about when she mentioned Michelle Obama meeting some anti-tax guy?
Killing non-combatant bystanders indiscriminately, including children, is certainly some kind of crime.
SHURE N BEGHORRAH IF SHE aint a butt ugly one now...sure n she’s after a typical liberal lass devoid of beauty both inside and out....
I am just not feeling the love.....
That said, Obama is certainly in the running for hypocrite of the century, and Daly for idiot of the year.
She’s a Useful Idiot who just woke up a bit. She’s back asleep by now.
I suspect Obama isn’t full-blown Commie enough for her.
For sure. There are a bunch of the bastards who think Obama is too far to the right. They love to call themselves “Progressive”. They’re very nasty people who kill babies and would round us up in a minute if they could.
She's not from the USA ✓
She's a woman ✓
She's a socialist ✓
Her statement has to be true.
Yes, she’s a hard core Communist.
Wikipedia:

She resigned from the Socialist Party on 31 August 2012.[3]
Killing innocent civilians is. We are not at war with Pakistan.
And if it isn’t, it should be.
