What does "he profiled" him mean?

Is there a crime in Florida called "profiling"? What is it?

And if there isn't, why is the State mentioning the word?

I'm extremely relieved and satisfied with the composition of the jury.

As the show trial begins, I want to wish the best to George and the Zimmerman family.

I'm very much optomistic now, more so than before the jury announcement came out today.
