He was going to build "Hiroshima on a light switch" from x-ray tubes?
Sounds more like a candidate for involuntary commitment than a terrorist.

The KKK was very anti Semitic and anti Catholic, so I doubt that he would have been willing to sell to the KKK - or Israel. I’m thinking publicity seeking nutcase.

who is also allegedly a member of the Ku Klux Klan, designed a deadly mobile radiation device that he intended to sell to Jewish groups It makes sense because the Klan and Jewish groups are known for their long and storied history of working together.

Two months ago, in a five-part text message monitored by the FBI, Crawford, said that he found a power-supply for the weapon in a message laced with political anger. He found a power supply in a message?

Crawford never actually obtained a radiation source and the device was not fully constructed, officials said. During the past year, the complaint indicates he was dealing with an undercover FBI agent pretending to be a supplier of radiation equipment, such as x-ray tubes ... So the FBI wasted how much time and money going after a guy who had zero chance of ever pulling this off? OK. I suspect we'll see more as the FBI and IRS try to come up with 'proof' that their targeting of citizens based on their political beliefs is 'necessary'. If all they've got is one nut - probably borderline schizo I'm not impressed. There's over a hundred million conservatives. We need more than ONE idiot..
