I agree with you. I think there are a number of freepers here who might disagree. But I agree with you completely. The guy who says he’s fiscally conservative but not concerned with the moral issues that plague our country.... is just a guy who is tight with his money. In my opinion.
I had a GOP congressman who called himself a fiscal conservative / social moderate. He constantly fought with us “Anti choice extremists” who opposed taxpayer funded abortions.

Social Liberalism and Fiscal Conservatism cannot co-exist...Social Liberalism ultimately results in the growth of the State.
