“Until they showed it to me, I didn’t know I had responded to a website,” the prospective juror said.

I believe those in the jury pool will do or say anything to be selected. They figure fame, fortune, or both awaits them after the trial.

‘Sounds like a perfect candidate for a post obama may have open. Perhaps with NSA?

How sad. I’m sure he would have been fair and impartial.

Or they are deliberate DU plants who are trying to influence the decision to suit a political agenda rather than attain justice.
Kudos to the defense team for weeding this guy out

"I mean, you got one guy minding his own business -- going to his dad's house carrying a soda and Skittles and another guy who think he's Johnny Law. So it begged the question," E7 told reporter Hughes."What do you think you would've reached if you were on the jury?" asked Channel 9's Ryan Hughes.
"It depends on what the facts were," E7 said.
Sounds truthful to me/s

“Did you post something on March 21, 2012, under the Coffee Party Progressives?” asked Nelson.

I could not find a facebook group named “coffee house progressives,” but the remarks imho sound prejudicial...

Can’t Zimm waive the jury trial and be tried just before a judge? There’s no way a jury in that town is going to be impartial. The prosecution will be able to stack it with urbans.

We are playing with cheaters and need to cheat, too.
Horrid to say that.

A couple of wackos like this need to be on the jury role. That way, any foolish decisions against him can be overturned later based on idiots like this and their lies during the selection process.
I mean, this should be a pretty open and shut thing based on what I've been told so far in the news, but after the media got involved, Im quite convinced that GZ needs to start worrying, I don't think there will be anything at all fair about this trial

Maybe if it was something I felt strongly about, lie a second amendment case. Otherwise I look forward to being dismissed.
My record so far:
1 trail to conclusion
1 exclusion during voir dire
1 pretrail settlement before the jury was officially seated
1 hid, delayed and otherwise avoided a potential 13 week grand jury.
