One of the big problems with these plants is tools and parts growing feet and walking out of the plant. A prior criminal record is one way to screen new employees to avoid theft.
In spite of their screening they still managed to find plenty of disadvantaged minorities to hire..so they should be give a medal..not a law suit.

Lol, that would probably piss them off even more! Or I could get a conservative bumper sticker.
I could sell my BMW and get a Toyota or a Ford.
