Remember, back when they had Bush derangement syndrome, they were against it. However, Obama love has showed them the error of their ways! Have fun torturing your Obama brainwashed friends and relatives with this.

This administration is the administration from HELL.
They lie they cheat they cover up with the LSM helping all the way.
Now who believes that someone in the administration won't use information already gathered?
I am convinced that after the 2010 elections where the Tea Party prevailed the administration went into full panic/let's cheat mode.
Look at all the info they got their fat hands on. The basically destroyed the Tea Party with help from the IRS & LSM.
Starting with the scum bag senate "so called" leader dingy Harry they had a lot of files on Mittens. How did they gt it?
No we don't need this crap.

Exactly. I was slow, though. The IRS scandal woke me up. Now I’m in full Libertarian mode on this stuff. I do not want the Government to have any of my info, because as the IRS showed us, it will be used against us by the Left leaning bureaucracy.

The hypocrisy is thickest here at FR with many who have spent years claiming to support the troops now siding with the Marxist-Leninist ACLU and some even comparing the NSA to the Nazis. Sad really.

When you all “pray for the troops” remember to ask God to ignore the guys at Ft. Meade.

BTW: where is your pro-Occupy “hero” Snowden at this point? Are you sure he’s not ensconced in Bejing under the protection of the Chinese communists.

As for hypocrisy ... inquiring minds want to know, how does the VP shave in the morning WITHOUT looking in the mirror?

Leftists say and do anything to further the cause. It doesn’t bother them to hold contradictory views, as long as it helps achieve the goal of a communist paradise.

That is exactly right, and that is why facts and reality injected into a discussion with them is meaningless to them.

Brainwashed defined.

Count me in as well. For years on FR I have maintained that I do not fear my governments malice, only their incompetence. I now fear both equally.

How does being against domestic spying negate one's support for our troops?

Or the abuse and outright shredding of our 4th Amendment per the Patriot Act and our NSA?

We need a police state because there’s bad guys out there? FR, Please.

The ACLU is correct (in this instance); Congress and the whole nest of snakes should be routed, strung up and jailed for their subversion of the Constitution and their Oaths

The NSA is a US military organization that performs vital surveillance and other electronic intelligence duties. It does NOT spy on American citizens. It is a vital tool in the war on Islamic terror, being fought on American soil as well as all over the world. You’ve allowed yourself to be misled by a drama queen who is clearly a Chinese communist operative—and his willing accomplices in the libertarian and conservative talkocracy.

I don’t think you know anything about the NSA. Other than what Ron Paul told you to think. The people at NSA are as much our troops as the Marines or any other military unit.

But if you want to persist with the going hypocrisy, when you ask God to look after our troops make sure you also ask Him to exempt the “evil” soldiers at Ft. Meade from His graces.

At this point you’d be better served to spend your writing hours working on an amicus brief to file on behalf of your hero the Chinese communist agent and his enablers at the Marxist-Leninist ACLU than replying to me.

Right, because of whom they are they haven’t a clue when they’re right on target?

I care not that the man fled to Hong Kong. The place sure has more to offer biz that we do in our OWN country (high compliance, regulations, taxes).

What I do care about IS the wholesale abuse and usurpation of our Rights, Liberty and Freedom by this Congress and Administration. MY Inalienable Rights are not for anyone to abuse or subvert; regardless of the party involved. And the easiest test is: Would XYZ be legal for any Citizen, if they did the same?

Because, if you believe the gov’t has the Right to obtain/keep/massage any/all information about all Citizens, let alone that is would USE said data not against the same, I’d say you’ve been on the GOP plantation a bit too long.

You’re engaging in empty gibberish. The govt does not have “rights.” It has enumerated powers related to national defense. Surveillance and intelligence and other electronic eavesdropping techniques are long-accepted tactics dating back to WWI.

The NSA is a military agency vested today with the task of performing such missions against Islamist terrorists planning to attack America, as they did on 9/11 and have on many occasions since. The NSA does NOT spy on American citizens except those engaged in treason. No one at Fort Meade or anyone else in NSA cares a damn about you or your emails or who you call on the phone. Get over yourself.

You might even try reading the constitution or learning about the things the US military does to defend this nation. Or, you can just live the rest of your life in Ron Paul la-la land telling yourself that Atlas Shrugged is somehow the law of the land. You might want to remember that you owe your life to the same military you cavalierly dismiss as “nazis” or whatever it is that floats around inside your mush brain.
