Now that the IRS scandal has revealed that the Obama administration punishes its enemies, many people will be reluctant to tell a voice on the phone that they don’t approve of Obama.

In Soviet Russia they used approval-rating questions to determine which citizens wanted to qualify for a one-way ticket to Siberia by saying something unflattering about Joseph Stalin. Now the Obama government is able to determine from studying Gallup records who wants to have their taxes audited.

I was around George Bush a number of times when he was governor as I was our party secretary and my husband was the county chair (in Texas of course). There was no doubt Bush loved this country, his country, and he was the best man to be president when 9-11 happened. It could have been Gore (ug).

Story about Bush's mother, Barbara:
We had an election judge who was an exact copy of Barbara - same body build, same color hair worn the same way, same face. This lady told me because she was always mistaken to be Barbara, she was careful when out in public, to conduct herself so she wouldn't bring criticism upon the real Barbara.

So, we're at the state convention, going up the escalator to a large meeting room where our congressional district was meeting. Our lady was behind me several steps and a man on the escalator several steps in front of me, said to himself out loud, “Barbara Bush is back there!” I didn't think anything about it as that happened all the time.

We weren't rushing to get into the room, but when we did, the whole hundreds of people stood up and clapped for Barbara Bush entering the room! Evidently, the man in front of me took off into that room and told everyone Barbara Bush was coming to that meeting!

Another time, we met Bush in Huntsville, Texas, at a meeting and we took our seats. When the meeting was over, people went to Bush to shake his hand. As our lady and I approached Bush, I said, “Do you know who this lady is?” George said, “Yes! That's my momma!” He hugged our lady.

I have a picture of our lady standing with Barbara Bush. Both of them have on the pearls Barbara always wore. You cannot tell which is which and other people usually pick our lady as the real one. I was so glad they got to meet. I can tell you our lady is the sweetest lady and always conducted herself to compliment Barbara.

Our lady went to Israel and I cautioned her to disguise herself. The Palestinians would love to capture Barbara Bush. Our lady wore a scarf or close fitting hat to cover her hair at all times and dressed as casual as she could and wore sunglasses so no one would make the connection.
