SAN JOSE, Calif. — President Barack Obama on Friday encouraged the uninsured or those paying high prices for health insurance to sign up for coverage under his health care law and urged opponents to stop wasting time continuing to fighting its implementation.
Obama used a trip to California to highlight how the state is implementing the Affordable Care Act and rebut continuing criticism over his signature legislative achievement. He touted an effort in the state to recruit Hispanics in particular to the health care exchanges that are being created to help millions of now-uninsured consumers afford coverage.

Obama needs young, healthy Americans to sign up for and pay for health insurance that costs far more than what they get for it. There is no other way for him to fund ObamaCare within the budget. ObamaCare "saves" money by raiding the incomes of young Americans to pay for sick, older Americans and for politically popular elective treatments.
He got that wrong ,he meant The UnAffordable Care Act

A major aspect of our laws is an intricate web of cost-shifting (and responsibility shifting). The Democrats are worse about this, but the Pubbies are not very good either. They just pick different winners and losers.

A basic tenant of human nature is that people only do things that are “good” for them. Good here means it profits them in some way. If you’re illegal the emergency room can’t even ask your name. Why would you buy something you can get for free? And, if you’re not illegal and they can’t prevent you from buying “insurance” when you’re already sick, then why not wait until you need it and then cancel it when you’re well again?
This bit of legislation will fail because it was written with unicorn blood on fairy dust. The people who wrote it were utopians and we know how well utopia works.
They will not even pick up their bed room down in the basement.

You know what? Fine. I don’t think that will happen, but if it did, free people have to willing to fight and die if necessary for their freedom. This is where I draw the line. I’ll be a lawyer soon, so I’ll have some (legal) firepower of my own. Either way, free Americans cannot be cowed by these bullies. We must stand up and fight. “Give me liberty or give me death” to me isn’t just a nice sentiment - it’s what we need in our hearts right now.
