list contained 8 million names all the way back in 2008, how big might it be today?

The only way to not be on the list is to have voted democrat in 2008, 2010 and 2012. In my state there is a bar code on the ballot. When picking up a ballot to vote the bar code is scanned where my name is tied to that ballot, so I have made another list. If this is the procedure in your state and you did not vote democrat in 2008, 2010 and 2012, you too made the list. Congratulations!
