DENVER A gay couple is pursuing a discrimination complaint against a Colorado bakery, saying the business refused them a wedding cake to honor their Massachusetts ceremony, and alleging that the owners have a history of turning away same-sex couples.
As more states move to legalize same-sex marriage and civil unions, the case highlights a growing tension between gay rights advocates and supporters of religious freedom.
Religious freedom is a fundamental right in America and its something that we champion at the ACLU, said Mark Silverstein, the legal director of the group in .....

Religious freedom of Gay fascism? What’s you’re choice Massachusetts?
They don’t look like they’d have much of a problem baking their own wedding cake. Why make a federal case out of it.
Because they can...that is the agenda.
It is the deviants who are the bullies.
If you don’t fully support leftist perversions you are in trouble these days.
so the bakery is known for this and they went anyway - i feel the turd pushers are shopping for a payout
Same thing in Oregon

So another pair of these homos are suing another business because they won;t make another faggot cake for their fag union ritual? What a pattern, eh? Sue anyone who don’t want their business. Ever heard of bitching via Yelp, Rip Off report etc?
Which is precisely why they tried to order the cake from this particular bakery. It's not about the "wedding" cake. It's all about scoring points for their side.
Would a black baker be legally reqired to cater a “White Pride” event if two skinheads came in asking him to do so?
That’s pretty obvious, because they could have easily found another cake baker,
but they had to pick the one that it would offend to the point of refusal,
just to make a point.
This puts the lie to their plea for “tolerance”.
They seek domination.
Funny how it goes from being able to osit at the lunch counter to this.
ping!!
You got that right!!!!
Come to think of it, I do not know that I would want to eat a cake that some one made under duress, or under a court order.
The two percent who are faggies want the 98% to bend over & grab the ankles. Bottom line.
That is a truly disgusting photograph.
Just wait till your phone conversations discussing this case are used to put you up for an IRS audit. Or OSHA visit. Or EPA litigation.
And 20 years ago gay marriage would have been unthinkable.
What will they be using your phone conversations about today to persecute you 20 years from now?
Soon we’ll be told not to discriminate against rape, murder, bestiality...you name it....you mustn’t discriminate.
Whatever happened to “We have the right to refuse service to anyone?” or no shoes, no shirt, no sucking c@ck, get the f out.
If homosexuals honestly needed access to wedding cakes instead of being interested in ruining little businesses that adhere to religious values, there would be a huge business for gay bakeries providing cakes for gay weddings.
I recommend the name “Gaykes” for such a business.
Lets see them going to a Muslim butcher and demanding halal meat for their gay wedding,
