A State Department investigating itself and found grievances so bad they simply called off the investigations.
Gee that sounds almost as serious as a State Department head who sleeps with a Muslim woman in a Lesbian relationship and then set up an Ambassador to be killed or held hostage.
What difference does it make?

Watching their OWN ambassador being gang raped by the Enemy

I just assume every aspect of every Department of the Obama Administration is always corrupt on every occasion.
Any isolated occurrence of integrity or honesty is then a welcome aberration.
