"New York Republican Rep. Peter King, chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterintelligence and Terrorism and a member of the Select Committee on Intelligence, said: "If Edward Snowden did in fact leak the NSA data as he claims, the United States government must prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law and begin extradition proceedings at the earliest date. The United States must make it clear that no country should be granting this individual asylum. This is a matter of extraordinary consequence to American intelligence."

First post I’ve seen about the disposable phones. Thank you.
I’ll add, the only people who will benefit from this NSA phone tracking are divorce lawyers... in the very near future.
What if...
What if Edward Snowden shouted, “Allah akbar!”?
Would he be “safe” then?
He listed several government agencies including congress where he could have registered a complaint.
Obviously King does not understand how little our government is trusted.
Yes he broke the law
Years ago I witnessed a fellow teacher throwing a challenged child against a wall and swearing. (This was not the only time). Precedure said to report to principal. He did nothing. I told Dr and lawyer it got reported to CPS. Was harassed by both union and administration. Forbid to tell parents. Teacher is now a principal. Would I have gotten the others involved again? You betcha! Wish there was more that could have been done.
Sometimes rules must be circumvented in order to do the right thing. Wish there had been other options for him but at this time there seemed to be few options. Standing up to enemies within steps on many toes!
Heaven protect us from our protectors.
“Who watches the Watchmen?”
The “little” people - you and I.
And if we do nothing?.....
His partner?????
The guys a hero, not a criminal. The founding fathers outs have given him a medal...
If he is former military he took oath to constitution that didn’t just stop being in effect when he started working for the contractor. SOME military guys take that oath to the constitution seriously and for a lifetime.
Today it's different.
they vet the enemy and it is us.
So it's plain wrong to leak.
The guys a hero, not a criminal. The founding fathers would have given him a medal...
Prediction: Edward Snowden = Obama’s John Dean
The guy was stationed in Hawaii. If you don’t think the administration is scrambling right now to figure out all the government secrets this guy was privy to, you have not been paying attention.
It certainly makes you wonder about chief justice roberts sudden switch on obamacare....... If Obama is willing to use information on conservative supporters to thwart his agenda, why wouldnt he do the same on his prime piece of legislation? He had the means, motive and a track record of willingness.
Are we not doing something? I do not know how to “fight” other than to share information and question “authority,” which I believe tramples on our Constitutional rights. I fight with words and ideals... perhaps that is not enough, but that is all I have to offer.
Wasn’t it some congressman who blabbed that Bin Laden was being tracked by his cell phone. Which was promptly thrown away and, no doubt, led to the terrorists using throwaway phones?
Wish those who took the oath to the constitution second only to their oath to God more seriously. Unfortunately our society reward the go along to get along society
Huckabee is covering this on his program now
They have voice tracking id. They know who is calling regardless.
“you have not been paying attention.”
Your “you” is an all-encompassing/generic reference, is it not?
Who watches the Watchmen? And when we do, they sic the IRS on us.The little people - you and I.
Maybe he saw
the authentic birth certificate numbered
and it wasn't Obama's?
