This came out back in February, but its importance of greater now that news has come out about the NSA, Google, IRS, etc.

It is clearly about data mining and NOT national security. When they were tipped off in advance about jihadist training and comments by the Boston Marathon bombers, the Ft. Hood jihadist, and the Benghazi embassy attackers, the administration did nothing.

The war on terror is over. This is about Democrats “getting revenge” on political groups.

We are living in an Orwellian/Stalinist nightmare.

There's something weird about this, though.

If YOU put together a secret, sophisticated plan to do surveillance on all Americans, who are YOU going to talk about it with?

Mad Maxine is not real high on MY list...

The gubmint is free to listen to your phone calls and read your emails...since these were not around at the time the 4th Amendment was incorporated, right?

Apparently that’s how The Regime reads it:

Justice Department Expands Hunt for Data on Cellphones
http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/11/26/justice-department-expands-hunt-for-data-on-cellphones/

Obama’s NSA eavesdropping goes beyond that of Bush... after campaigning on the promise of: “ No warrantless wiretaps if you elect me!”

http://news.cnet.com/8301-10784_3-9845595-7.html

headlines read:” NSA Exceeds Legal Limits In Eavesdropping Program” , “ U.S. phone intercepts go beyond legal limits” , and “NSA Found Improperly Spying on Americans”.

What’s the point of the Obama Administration’s collecting everyone’s most intimate data except to use it to blackmail individuals like Maxine Waters into doing whatever the Obama Administration wants them to do?

However, it can’t work if even Maxine Waters is willing to come forward and expose Obama’s massive data-collection/blackmail program. Maxine might not have a brain, but she does have some courage.

She is talking about Obama’s “Organizing for America” database, his campaign database, not the databases of the federal government (IRS, NSA, etc). When she says it has information on “everybody” she is just being imprecise and is exaggerating. Obama apparently does have a huge database, which may in fact be passed on to future Dem candidates, but this is not the federal databases. This is NOT a smoking gun.

There needs to be a transcript made of this. It leaves NO doubt that this was planned from the beginning, and a key element they believe necessary for their agenda to succeed, as was the IRS intimidation of Tea Party and other conservative groups.

What more evidence does one required before callings these acts what they are: a treasonous conspiracy to subvert our constitutional form of government.

A little quatrain for the 21st century:

How I Long for the the day when this regime will be
An ugly footnote in American History
Something to regret, like Slavery,
Or the Massacre at Wounded Knee.
