There is no question that the big winners from last week were George W. Bush and Dick Cheney, two men vilified for years by the left, the media, and Barack Obama as eager to use the War on Terror as an excuse to violate the Constitutional rights of everyday Americans. Obama ran for president as the anti-Bush in many respects, but especially on the issue of surveillance and snooping.

YOU were the one who brought religion into it in post 51. Nobody said anything about Mormonism until you mentioned it there. It was the first mention of LDS in the entire thread.
If you don't like religion brought into it, don't bring the subject up. Once you do, it's fair game.

As I mentioned earlier, I questioned the ‘conservative’ nature of a state that would allow such a facility to be placed there. I mentioned nothing about religion. Supposedly there’s a similar facility in TX as well. Go figure.
I’m not sure why the poster thinks I was dissing Mormonism.

Mormons hate the Cross of Jesus and have replaced it with THIS golden idol.

My comment to you was with respect to what you said comparing the people who live in Utah to Nazi’s and Auschwitz workers. The second half of my comment was addressing the other poster regarding what that poster said about Mormons. You failed to address the rest of what I said about the fact that most of the people working at this facility will not be locals.
The rest of what you said is, as usual, rambling nonsense.
There would be a hard fight with with the muslims over this. I don't know if the Mormons have the courage to take that on.
And I will continue to point out the idiocy of comments like, “One has to wonder what kind of deal the mormon church has made for access to all this information...what a boon for their missionary program!”

Christ is our Cause and a very real cause. Mormons threw the first stone - we are simply defending our faith from their lies.
If you can’t play with the big boys...stay home.
But you cannot guarantee that they will not be locals.
If you had said *may* or *likely not to be* locals, that would be different.
A cross is a symbol of Christ’s victory over death. It has been a symbol of the true Christian faith for centuries. I have a problem with those who follow a “faith” that distorts and maligns my savior and his mission.
Take off and nuke the site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.
