This senate would never convict, impeachment is a dead end, it has nothing to do with courage or cowardice on the part of the GOP, it's a political fact unless there is a seismic change in thinking.

I would not doubt that Bambi is waiting for the right crisis to declare some kind of martial law; impeachment might give that to him.

Be a Republican with Dem supermajorities in both houses. Short of that you'll never see it again in our history. Bill Clinton killed off the concept of Presidential impeachment for all practical purposes.
