The IRS is scrupulously emphatic about not answering certain questions due to matters of 'privacy and confidentiality' demanded by law.

Has anyone at the IRS been charged for the felonious breach of those laws?

Someone at the IRS released lists of donors, donations and members of targeted groups, confidential information, which mysteriously ended up in the possession of their political enemies.

Not much discussion about that, to date.
