MANCHESTER, Tenn. - Hundreds gathered to rally against a forum scheduled to discuss American Muslim civil rights.
The group came armed with messages and signs about First Amendment rights and free speech after hearing about the open forum through talk radio and social media.
The forum was described by Bill Killian, U.S. Attorney of East Tennessee and guest speaker, as an educational effort about civil rights laws as they relate to freedom of religion, specifically the Muslim religion.
The forum also informed the public of the federal laws regarding civil rights and the consequences of violating those laws.
However, critics see the forum as an effort to crackdown on anti-Muslim speech.
The forum comes on the heels of a Facebook post by a local commissioner that showed a shotgun and the words "How to wink at a Muslim."
Coffee County and Manchester have garnered national and worldwide attention since.

Here let me fix it...
Hundreds gathered to rally for free speech and against a forum scheduled to discuss American Muslim “sharia privileges over infidels”.
There fixed it...

muzzies better realize they cannot force their ridiculous ideas on anyone who resists. We have choices here in this country and we can choose to think muzzie religion is a crock if we want to.
Ya fixed it nicely. :-)
That seems to be the one thing that’s been missed in all the articles about this event the past week . . . this Bovine Scatology is all about moving to enforce shariah law.
I knew there’d be a good turnout but it surpassed my expectations. And it appeared to spook the speakers. heh!
If the muzzies there tonight didn’t get the hint, they’re really dense. I think Killian got an education, too. They picked the wrong hornets nest to swat.
It’s this Federal hate crimes crap, which is nothing but statism disguised as proper law enforcement.
I don’t care if you flat threaten a Muslim, that’s a job for the local and state PD to deal with, not the Feds. If it’s some sort of multi-state conspiracy to commit genocide against Muslims then ok, but they need to spare the crap that DC has actual jurisdiction over negative speech towards Muslims in general. They do not.
It really is dumbfounding when some American girl puts on that ridiculous costume and starts pretending she is a mooselimb. what is wrong with these girls?
Exactly. They’re overstepping the bounds big-time with this garbage and it doesn’t wash around here. I hope after this, others show up en masse if they try to hold similar events anywhere across the country. It’s time to put a stop to it.
Sure wish I could have been a fly buzzing around Killian and the others afterwards. Their conversations must have been interesting! LOL
I’ve asked the same question numerous times, yldstrk. They seem to have some glamorized idea about muzzies or something. Then they get stuck and can’t get out when they give it a try.
This is good news. May this spread like wildlfire.
...”Near the end of the presentation, an American-born, Muslim woman talked about the 2007 arson of a mosque in Columbia, Tennessee, to show the impact of hate crimes......A large number of attendees cheered.
....The numerous outbursts forced organizers to cut short the scheduled question and answer portion of the forum.”
And that’s how you do it...shut them down! Don;t let them have the stage they want to use to soft sell Islam on this nation.
There’s nothing whatsoever “soft” about Islam...nothing whatsoever...what is said by Moslems to soft sell their cult and ideology is a smoke screen....and a way to creep into the minds of the uninformed.
Yeah, Muslims around the world are well-known as champions for civil rights (and civility).
Cancer cells evoke immune response from healthy cells.

Well it was historical alright...
I was proud to be amongst my fellow Americans last night...
Gee Michelle Obama should have been there...
They didnt cut anything short...
they did just what they wanted...
Early on the cut out the 15 minutes “Interval” during which refreshmednbts would be handced out...
They ask everyone to pass in a question but only answered 2 “soft answers”..
Towards the end just before another of their proganda videos, one of the Moslem woman started yelling at everyone “SHUT UP” from the podium into the mic
I went outside and listeniong to Pam Geller instead...
Pam and Jim Laughton from Fairfax County, VA was there...
Jim is with an “anti-Sharia Law” group...
Glad you were able to make it, Nana. I am jealous, jealous, jealous! LOL! I soooooo wanted to be there. ANY other day I could have been there but yesterday was the one day I was already committed.
I listened to Phil Valentine on the radio as I drove to the meeting I had to attend and folks were calling in who were on their way to or already at the rally. It was obvious the turnout was larger than anyone expected. It was tempting to just keep driving and head over to Manchester.
Why am I not surprised they didn’t want to answer questions? They were there to TELL folks how things ARE TO BE, not answer legitimate questions from folks who know better.
Maybe the turnout will make Killian, Moore, and the AMAC scuzzies think twice about trying to pull this kind of stunt again. People are sick and tired of having our Constitutional rights trampled, and we darn sure don’t want anything to do with threats to enforce shariah law.
Here is the video link to the meeting. “Zac” and the Prosecutor were extremely smug and arrogant.
Frankly, I don’t mind that people were yelling back (some thought the audience should have been more “courteous”). The time for courtesy is over.
It’s a long video (almost 2 hours) but it is enlightening.
