I don’t care if you flat threaten a Muslim, that’s a job for the local and state PD to deal with, not the Feds. If it’s some sort of multi-state conspiracy to commit genocide against Muslims then ok, but they need to spare the crap that DC has actual jurisdiction over negative speech towards Muslims in general.
