One point is random, two is a trend and the trend is national insanity. The impact on me has been like the death of a loved one.

Some weeks back, I happened to run into a YouTube video of someone performing our national anthem. As I listened to it, all of the pain, disappointment, anger, worry, fear, and loss of these last five years, hit me all of a sudden, and I welled up like a baby. I got so choked up with sorrow over what's happened to my country, that I could barely contain myself.

The left has no idea what they're messing with. I know that, like me, millions upon millions of my fellow Americans are walking around with the same kinds of powerful emotions simmering just below the surface. I swear, they really don't want to push us to the point where those emotions burst forth into action. It will be the end of them.

“. . . same kinds of powerful emotions simmering just below the surface.”

That describes me, except sometimes I’ve got to vent or I couldn’t stand it anymore.

Please, you should hear John Wayne's Pledge of Allegiance, words and song.

Rips my heart out each and every time.
