Al-Qaeda Poison Gas Conspiracy Uncovered in Iraq

Herald Scotland reports authorities in Iraq say they have uncovered an al-Qaeda cell working to produce poisonous gas for chemical attacks in Europe and America.

An intelligence operation discovered workshops in the capital Baghdad...

Herald Scotland also notes remote-controlled toy planes – to be used to release the chemicals over a target from a distance – were also seized.

Note that Iraq uncovered and stopped it, rather than funding it, as it might have under Saddam Hussein. Bush is vindicated.

Chemical Attacks heh?

Aren’t these supposed to be WMD’s? And wasn’t the liberal argument this — Bush fabricated the WMD argument to get us into an unnecessary war?

If this story is true, it is a further indictment of Bush’s idiotic Iraq invasion. Saddam Hussein would have not have allowed anybody other than himself to posses chemical weapons in his domain.

Al Queda has used Sarin since 2003 in Iraq. It is a documented fact that they have had the chemical weapons since 2003 when EOD troops first encountered Sarin gas IED’s. The proof and data is out there, the documentation is there and the press and both Republicans and Democrats ignore the proof.

The date, May 16, 2003 in the al Baya neighborhood of western Bagdad is where sarin was first used by Al Qaeda. Wikileaks also has thousands of references to the finding and usage of sarin gas by Al Qaeda that has been covered up by the news media and both political parties of the US. In Feb 2008 Osama bin Laden tried to get poison gas exploded in Bagdad but had a few test runs there. It is just a matter of time before a 155 shell full of GB gas is detonated within a ball park or stadium here in the US.
