The Israeli military says it has disciplined a group of female soldiers who posed for provocative photos on their base and shared the images on Facebook, the Times of Israel reports.
The military said Sunday it disciplined the women, who were reportedly new recruits stationed on a base in southern Israel. In the photo, the recruits were standing with their army fatigues pulled down to expose their skimpy underwear and buttocks. In another photo, five women posed in what looked to be a barracks room, wearing only helmets and their combat vests.
The Israel Defense Forces told the Times of Israel that the women had demonstrated "unbecoming behaviour" for Israeli soldiers.
"The commanding officers disciplined the soldiers as they saw fit," the IDF said.
What is the allure of posting pictures of yourself all over the web? Do those women not have a sense of privacy (to say nothing of modesty)about themselves?
Why blow yourself up for 72 virgins, Adbul? When you could just surrender yourself to them right now??
Pretty gals. Messy bunks. Seems pretty typical to me ;-)
I wonder if they got 30 lashes?
Hmmm...
I definitely do not want to know what that means.
I’ll bet those female Israeli paratroopers the Arabs captured back in the 56 War would think this was hilarious.
I surrender!
And NOT guilty!
I have an Israeli friend who continuously denies that stuff like this goes on in the IDF. And he constantly asks me to email him the pictures if I hear of any such charge.
take me to your leader!
“The commanding officers disciplined the soldiers as they saw fit”
I’ll bet they did.
I can immediately see that one or two needed to run off a few lbs and another could use some gym time to get a bit better tone and definition .
The small needs to be force fed a few cheese burgers .
I’m sure the commanders saw it my way .
Right after they finished rolling on the floor from laughter
This should make mama and papa proud.
NOT Guilty!!!
Well, you do need to do your research before staking out a position. I’m up for that!
Nah, that’s so 20th century..
Well, I am an old fart . . .
That’s not a scandal, it’s a recruiting poster
