This POS needs to get effed up badly.
I guess the baby had a reason for crying then...
No job ever probably.
That's no "Father".
That is so sad. I know when my kids were little (collicky twins at one point) I said more than once that I was glad that my wife and I were not in our teens or young twenties at the time - and were somewhat mature. And caring. With the “me” attitude of so many, including myself to a certain extent when I was young, it would have been even more difficult raising kids.
The only thing we ever did to our kids to get them to shut up was hold them, check their diapers, feed them, hold them, bounce on the bouncy ball, try feeding them again (WHY won’t they stop crying!!!???)
Usually after an hour with a twin in each arm bouncing on the bouncy ball they would quiet down. Unless you stopped bouncing....
Much to the chagrin of my elderly mother - “Just put them in their cribs and let them cry.”
But enough about me - back to the article. Put the “father” into the freezer for an hour for every six-weeks of his life as punishment - seems reasonable to me.
Quick! Someone get a rope.
This story makes me physically ill.
Hey ya’ll! Hold ma baby, and watch this!
The “Me Generation”. Me, Me, Me...all the time.
We have a nation of narcissists. Lead by the Narcissist-In-Chief.
All of us parents have experienced the nightmare of how a kids crying can drive us crazy, but most of us realize what I have tried to point out to a few couples in my life time, the crying is not directed at you, it isn’t meant to attack you, do not internalize it and start thinking that the noise is meant to assault you, the baby may need or want something, or it may be in discomfort that you can’t detect or stop, or it may be merely trying out things in it’s throat and making noises for it’s new ears, but it is not sending a message at you, it’s just a baby, he isn’t in your head and forcing you to....
It is @$$#0/e$ like this that give Child Protective Services all the cover they need to give grief to other normal parents.
May the sordid details follow him to prison.
This jackass was Jeannine Pirro’s “Creep of the Week” tonight on her show.
She did not mince around with weasel words like “alleged”. She just saud that she hoped that they would throw him into the darkest, coldes hole theycould find in the Washington State prison system after he was tried and convicted.
She was HOT under the collar.
Can’t be a good sign for a court-appointed defense attorney when you first meet your client in jail and they’re wearing a stab resistant vest.
I don’t see “wife” or “husband” anywhere in the linked article.
I can’t help but wonder, even though he was the father of the child and living with the child’s mother, if the child would have been safer with her father had she been conceived in wedlock.
Someone needs to take an axe to that POS.
Being in the freezer did not give her those injuries.
Very poorly written article. Most British newspaper writers can still write intelligibly, but apparently the rot is spreading even to UK.
They were talking about this on local radio the other day and I couldn’t believe it - made me sick. It is totally disgusting. Mark Linquist is a very good prosecutor and I am fairly sure he’ll see this animal gets whats coming to him.
The other day they said they had stabilized the baby but, at least at that point, they weren’t sure if there would be any permanent damage of any kind. Prayers up for the little angel.
