"OK, so it violates the Constitution? So what? I'm from San Francisco, and we don't see anything about Gay Rights in that old rag, anyway! It needs some updating!"

My bet is the FBI is tracking down anti-Obama posters so they can hand the names over to the IRS for further investigation.

What, Facebook cooperated and sold their data to the IRS to improve their revenue numbers and now Google won’t play ball? Off with their heads!

Now that the IRS is taking heat for harassing, threatening and intimidating Americans, it looks like the commies are going to turn that job over to a different agency. Isn’t this the same crap that got the IRS in hot water in the first place? Geesh. This regime is made up entirely of MORONS! Come on America! Wake up!

This idiot judge just threw away the constitution. Despite her finding that it’s a violation of the constitution she ordered it anyway.

Bad decision all around. The feds are issuing an unofficial ultimatum to all companies and corporations: give us all of the information you have available on all Americans, or we WILL destroy you by crushing you under audits and regulations.

Frankly it bothers me enough that Google keeps a record of where I browse. Now the FBI thinks they have a right to my private communications?

Lets say I went to the local shopping mall. I walk around entering stores and looking at their goods, asking questions, and making informed decisions. Does the FBI think they should be able to know exactly what I did during that time? It’s a private matter, nobody’s business but my own.

It’s the same thing with Google. The FBI should be told to no way, you’re getting nothing!

I'm a very firm believer that under US law people who aren't citizens of the US...even ones with Green Cards or who are married to citizens...should be denied a number of rights that we citizens have.Yes,a two-tiered justice system. If this article is connected in any way with non-citizens I'm not sure I'd have a problem with it.Otherwise I have a big problem with it.

Robert Mueller heading up the Brown Shirts for Obama or is that just the IRS Brown Shirts for Obama....."Last year the FBI sent out more than 16,000 NSLs to companies relating to the private data – mainly financial, internet or phone records – of more than 7,000 Americans."

A US judge (District court judge Susan Illston) has ordered Google to comply with FBI secret demands for customer data, despite earlier ruling the warrantless orders unconstitutional.

Take your pick, some actually make sense...

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesman and philosophers and divines. With consistency a great soul has simply nothing to do. He may as well concern himself with his shadow on the wall. Speak what you think now in hard words, and to-morrow speak what to-morrow thinks in hard words again, though it contradict every thing you said to-day. — 'Ah, so you shall be sure to be misunderstood.' — Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, Self Reliance (1841)

Consistency is contrary to nature, contrary to life. The only completely consistent people are the dead.
Aldous Huxley, "Do What You Will" (1929)

Consistency is a virtue for trains: what we want from a philosopher is insights, whether he comes by them consistently or not.
Stephen Vizinczey, "Good Faith and Bad"

Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
Oscar Wilde, "The Relation of Dress to Art"

Consistency is the enemy of enterprise, just as symmetry is the enemy of art.
George Bernard Shaw, "The Lure of Fantasy" (1991)

The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time, and still retain the ability to function.
F. Scott Fitzgerald, "The Crack-Up" (2/36)

If a person never contradicts himself, it must be that he says nothing.
Miguel de Unamuno, "Godel, Escher, Bach" (1979)

Consistency requires you to be as ignorant today as you were a year ago.
Bernard Berenson, "Notebook" (1892)

Of course I'm inconsistent! Only logicians and cretins are consistent!
Tom Robbins, "Even Cowgirls Get The Blues" (1976)

A silly ass ... wrote a paper to prove me inconsistent. ... Inconsistency is the bugbear of fools! I wouldn't give a damn for a fellow who couldn't change his mind with a change of conditions.
John Arbuthnot Fisher, "The Royal Navy in the Fisher Era", 1904-1919.

I have forced myself to contradict myself in order to avoid conforming to my own tastes.
Marchel Duchamp, "Marchel Duchamp: Anti-Artist" (3/21/45)

The problem with being consistent is that there are lots of ways to be consistent, and they're all inconsistent with each other.
Larry Wall, perl6-language mailing-list

Psychotics are consistently inconsistent. The essence of sanity is to be inconsistently inconsistent.
Larry Wall, Usenet article (1998)

Inconsistently Yours,
GtG

Google will appeal this decision to a higher court all the way to SCOTUS?

In my opinion, this is all a show. Google has been in bed with the leftist regime from the beginning. I suspect that the information has already been shared, is being shared, and will continue to be shared until the jackass we have been supposedly waiting for is removed from office.
