We got new a couple hours ago of my nephew being missing in a rafting accident near Eureka, MO. We cannot pray enough, need your help. They called off the search for the night due to bad weather. This cannot be happening. He's 25. Please help. Thank you, FRiends.
I am sorry to report that there are no updates regarding the status of my newphew. There was a body found yesteray, however, in the Big River (near/west of where Jonner was lost), which is possibly (not confirmed) that of another man who was lost the same night, 5/31. Severe storms, including several tornadoes went through there that night. This does give us a bit of renewed hope.
My prayers are with you as you and your family face a 4th of July without Jon and without closure. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and your family.

I am sorry about the other man who was lost, too. Jon and his family have been in my prayers every night, and I will continue to pray that he returns home to his family soon. I am so sorry that you and all of the people who know and love Jon still await an answer.

It doesn’t look like there’s any new news. Continued prayers for Jon and his family.
I know it has been several months, with no news to share. My nephew has not yet been found, after many, many searches. The family has scheduled a memorial service for November 9th. Jonner’s birthday would be this Saturday. My daughter and some of his friends are running in a 10K in his honor on Saturday, then will also get together with the family and his close friends for dinner. Please continue to pray that he might be found before the winter weather sets in. Thank you, FRiends.
