Doe his wife like to eat egg rolls too?
I’m sure THAT subject never came up in 157 visits to White House....
Shulman is a DEMOCRAT DONOR.
This should explain why he visited the WH so many times.
Did Public Campaign get demand letters asking hundreds of illegal questions and extorting "promises" never to exercise their Constitutional right?
If not --- why not?
Well, well, well. Shouleman is looking more curious by the day.
Was he carrying instructions from the WH on who to target?
Cross a list of Obama donors with a list of federal employees and we get a list of possible willing accomplices. This didn't have to come as a order through the chain of command, Obama already had a list of people who he may be able to turn with a small nudge, some visits to the White House, etc.
Check out the organization “Campaign for Progressive Leadership”. More damned money that the Treasury.
No wonder the Left is winning. Between Soros, the leftist liberal foundations, and individual very rich donors, they are loaded with funds and can hire or fund the best leftists they can recruit.
Conservatives had better wake up, and fast.
So MRS. Shulman works for a non-profit, Public Campaign, that wants to “dramatically reduce the role of big special interest money in American politics.
and yet, who are they funded by?
...”Public Campaign receives major funding from the pro-Obamacare alliance Health Care for America NOW!, which is comprised of the labor unions AFL-CIO, AFSCME, SEIU, and the progressive activist organization Move On, among others.”.......
Looks like MR. Shulman has even more ‘splainin’ to do.
Well, well, well.
This ought to cook it, if we didn’t live on Planet Bizarro.

Washington, D.C.-National campaign finance watchdog Public Campaign released the following statement on the recent announcement by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and its review of nonprofit organizations.
Statement from Public Campaign President and CEO Nick Nyhart:
“The IRS must be absolutely unbiased in its investigations, with the rule of lawnot politicsthe only criteria in decision-making. If there are Congressional hearings, they need to be bipartisan, even-handed, focused on the facts, and aimed at improving the oversight system. It’s not a time for political grandstanding.
“There are legitimate questions to be asked about political organizations posing as social welfare groups. The IRS needs a thorough review of its policies so it can fairly ask these questions and enforce the law.”

Public Campaign is a national nonpartisan organization that fights to raise the voices of everyday people in our democracy through changing our campaign finance laws and through holding elected officials accountable.
Dick Durbin in 2012
http://www.publicampaign.org/pressroom/2012/07/24/public-campaign-applauds-sen-durbin-hearing-address-our-big-money-political-sys
Washington, D.C.-National campaign finance watchdog Public Campaign applauded Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and his colleagues for holding a hearing on the disastrous impact of Citizens United and other recent Supreme Court decisions and ways we can begin to restore our government to one that is truly of, by, and for the people.
The hearing, Taking Back Our Democracy: Responding to Citizens United and the Rise of Super PACs was held today by the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights, chaired by Sen. Durbin.
Our elections are rapidly becoming little more than a playground for the countrys wealthiest Americans, said Nick Nyhart, president and CEO of Public Campaign, who submitted written testimony to the committee. Sen. Dick Durbin recognizes that and he should be commended for wanting to make our elections of, by, and for the peoplenot bought and paid for by special interests.
While increased disclosure of deep pocket political money and exploring changes to the constitution are strong and needed steps, we also need to enact policies that will ensure the voices of everyday voters are heard loud and clear by our elected officials, said Nyhart. That will take ending political dependency on special interest dollars and substituting a Fair Elections funding system for the current big dollar regime.
Public Campaigns written testimony for the hearing outlines an all of the above approach to address our broken systemone that includes a small donor matching system like the Fair Elections Now Act, a constitutional amendment, and increased transparency:
This debate is not just about campaign finance reform, though; it is fundamentally about who should be included: the many or the money? Everyday Americans or just the wealthy? Five Supreme Court justices chose the money over the many. Too often, many congressional Republicans are protecting wealthy donors and their moneyed interests at the expense of hardworking Americans. Congress must ensure that all Americans, not just the wealthy, have the opportunity to participate in the political process and have their voices heard. Pursuing a voluntary small-dollar matching system, coupled with robust disclosure and a Constitutional amendment, is the most comprehensive way to put everyday citizens back in charge of elections.
The Fair Elections Now Act would allow candidates to run competitive campaigns for office on a blend of small dollar donations and matching public funds. The bill is sponsored by Sen. Durbin in the Senate and Reps. John Larson (D-Conn.), Chellie Pingree (D-Maine), and Walter Jones (R-N.C.) in the House. The House bill has 100 co-sponsors.

Democrat Obama used the gestapo IRS to rig the election for
him and the democrats/socialists in the Senate.
Obamas IRS prevented many tea party groups from getting organized. Other gov agencies also involved in stealing the election. So IRS and other agencies coordinated in rigging the election. Why isnt anyone shouting this from the rooftops( calling Ann Coulter, Malkin,Sarah Palin, Rush , Levin, Drudge?)
The IRS intimidated good conservative Americans into not raising funds for the election, The IRS criminals massively suppressed conservative voter turnout. the 2012 election must be contested. The IRS rigged it. the media said the democrat ground game was superior . thats bs. now we know what happened to the tea party of 2010 . the IRS destroyed it.
These arrogant communists/democrats at the IRS act like they are above the law.
Government doesnt work. Its not just cause its big. Walmart is big but works cause capitalism works. Abolish the IRS. Impeach and imprison democrat Obama

It’s a safe bet that “Public Campaign” got their tax exemption in record time.
Get this:
They are ALL “consultants” or “advisers” or getting a pension or getting “royalties” or whatever.
And you think that when gas goes to $14.00 a gallon it will hurt them?
Not a chance.
They make “the laws” which are “supreme”.
You ain’t got a snowballs chance in hell.
this is scandalous.
couldn’t resist.
More carelessness on Bush’s part.
Why is it that the Dems never appoint anyone who turns out to be conservative, but the GOP regularly appoints libs.
As the IRS story continues to unfold, political pundits and talking heads are now gleefully linking the scandal to this administration. While this administration certainly bears accountability for any and all management decisions made on their watch, to frame IRS abuses as only problematic to one administration or political party is simply untrue and unwise.
Both political parties and numerous administrations have historically used the IRS as a political weapon. It just so happens the IRS blew up in a BIG way during this administration, with some of the most egregious examples of abuse finally coming to light.
Yet, one can look through history and find equally awful examples. James Bovard, in his recent Wall Street Journal Opinion Editorial, shared a fascinating look at how the IRS has routinely been used as political hired guns, and Gail Russell Chaddock provides additional examples in her Christian Science Monitor article.
Using the IRS scandal as a partisan political tactic grossly minimizes the IRS longstanding history of being used as a tool of extreme political weaponry.
This line of thinking serves to minimize the damage the IRS does every single day to innocent taxpayers who simply want to pay their taxes, support their families and honor their country.
More importantly, it has the potential to polarize the only real solution to the problem - the FairTax Plan as an extreme, partisan opposition tax plan.
Do not fall into this trap. The IRS scandal is not about Republicans or Democrats, conservatives or liberals or this administration. It is about how the IRS has historically been and continues to be the ultimate tool of systemic abuse and control of the American people and her political outcomes.
The income tax and the IRS have been given 100 years to demonstrate to the American people that they are worthy financial stewards. They have failed. Its time for Congress to get the IRS out of politics. Its time for the FairTax.
