MAJOR TORNADO OUTBREAK IMMINENT!!! (Please Share)
I don't often get worked up over events. There are times when all of the parameters are there and very little happens, generally because the models underestimate the CAP strength which prevents thunderstorm development. You better pray they aren't estimating this one correctly because the rest of the ingredients are all there for large damaging tornadoes between the hours of 6pm and midnight across C OK.

We’re looking at a generator.
We have a 300 gallon buried propane tank for a bedroom fireplace that would be the fuel supply.
Is there a kidney hole in the hidey hole?
of course...what did ya think the 9 inch nails were for.....framin ?
:^)
LOL!! That I understand!
Down by Coffeyville now. Warning
The super cells formed from nothing to full blown just west of OK City in the last 25 minutes.
Warning, so it's not decaf, I see.
Anyone down there have faith enough to tell the storm to 'be still' and expect it be obey.
There was only a moderate risk for the day of the Moore tornado. No PDS.
Fascinating on KFOR watching the storms west of OKC develop.
Now three threads going on FR. Maybe the mods will combine.

You paying attention to the “hysteria”? I have a feeling you’d be a tad less nonchalant if your home was destroyed by a trivial storm.
Got a text from my sis tonight — told me she’d left the house and her family was headed to the shelter. Brought her dog and was more concerned about IT than anything else ...was pleading with her to forget about the dog and just go as low down into the basement area as possible. She’s back home now with little damage — just trees down. Lots of flooding on the roads.
Makes me really sad to think it could have been so much worse ...
Nope, I am not paying any attention to the hysteria that pours out of that idiot box. Are you in front of it again today, fretting hourly over this year’s normal, uncontrollable natural events?
Looks like Mr. Tuttle was absolutely right.
9 dead and counting.
Hysteria? I think not.
