"Roger said he has been spending essentially full-time for fourteen months now, out of his own pocket, helping Andrea Rossi line up distributorship licenses for much of the world. This has nothing to do with the manufacturing licenses. His travel expenses in meeting with various interested parties, likewise, is coming out of his own pocket. Because he is giving his all to this endeavor, his other businesses have been lagging, and his cash flow has dwindled. But he is confident that his investment will pay off.
Given the present risk level of the technology, the territorial distributorship licenses have been selling very cheaply, relative to what they could be worth. "Most people are putting in around $10,000." "

I'm thinking maybe I can get a nini distributership just for my block and have a kind of Tupperware party but for selling e-cats. I'll just show the folks the "research paper" and they'll pull out the million and a half dollar checks. Easy!

I have every confidence that the statement about buying a distributorship for ten grand is true. Now, what part of Antarctica do you want for your very own multilayer business?

I am so buying an e-cat distributorship once my Nigerian bank transfer comes through.

I am sure that you are correct. I am also certain that there is no legal recourse when no sale-able devices ever show up.
How many “events” where the absolute certainty of these devices were supposed to be demonstrated have come and gone without *any* commercial models or serious independent verification ever happening?
People want to believe in something for nothing.

It appears the money is in selling distributorships. No need to be dragging shipping containers around and sitting in chilly warehouses....you’re a distributor!!!

No problem!!! You’ll have a working e-cat just about the time those funds come through.

From the linked article:
"All the license fee money goes to Rossi ..." How nice for him.

That’s ten G’s you’ll wish you had back...
To: Nervous Tick
I’d probably be allowed to keep the distribution rights even if no money came back.

This has nothing to do with the manufacturing licenses. That's because a manufacturer would ask to see a working product before signing a contract...

When there are no distributorships to be sold there should be a stock offering. Nothing like an IPO to stir interest.

I thought Chief Scientist and Engineer Rossi already had his factories up and running. Surely they can handle the flood of orders......ah,.....one....one....none.

It’s quite a good scam. Rossi never has to build a working Ecat. He sells thin air, otherwise known as licenses.

That's because a manufacturer would ask to see a working product before signing a contract... That's true for real manufacturers, but Rossi the con-artist is selling these licenses to suckers. He probably tells them that they can sell the license for a profit (to a bigger sucker) as he keeps making improvements to his magic contraption.

I have done much much better. I follow the man around and take names. In 6 months I offer $5,000 for the territorial rights.
I now control the eastern part of Tennessee, the whole of West Virginia, and eastern Kentucky west to the Kentucky river.
