The White House recently came to Sen. Dianne Feinsteins (D-Calif.) rescue, defending her 2013 assault weapons ban against a seething White House petition to have her tried for treason.
The petition, which was created on December 27th, 2012 and has more than 41,000 signatures, opposed Sen. Feinsteins 2013 assault weapons ban and called for the California Senator to be tried by a federal court for treason against the Constitution.
The Constitution was written to restrain government. No amendment is more important for this purpose than the second amendment, the petition reads. [It] was written so the power could be kept in the citizenry in the face of a tyrannical government.

The whole damn administration should be included in that one./
DiFi is guilty, but the problem is that so many California voters are traitors too - they actually like treason. They think they will get more loot as DiFi and the liberals steal from productive Americans and give to them.
Feinstein’s world is all about feeding her pet Unions and Corruptocracy.
Look at the money.

more than 41,000 signatures = more than 41,000 audits from the IRS (and SEC if applicable)
One would have to be certifiably mentally challenged to *ever* sign one of these online petitions.
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment also addresses treason, imo, but without using the word treason. Again, wording doesn't fit Feinstein imo.
So what am I overlooking?
I'm not an impeachment expert. But if conservatives can win majority in Senate in '14 as well as keep majority in HoR, then maybe Feinstein, and others, can be impeached.
Another President, another answer. I say keep the petition going. A treason conviction might get her attention.
Feinstein doesn’t need to be tried for Treason, which would be difficult to prove.
It would be easy enough to lock her and her husband up at the Lompoc Country Club for abuse of power.
She routinely votes on bills that directly flow billions at his companies, and they routinely get contracts for California State programs.
Two more corrupt individuals it would be hard to come up with in American government.
All of her holier-than-thou huffing and puffing is nothing more then a shtick to maneuver her into position so she can vote to inflate the family wallet. That is, her family.
Would have loved to see her face the moment she learned of the petition.
The right to petition the government is guaranteed in the First Amendment to the US Constitution.
The president has neither the right nor the duty to defend the senator against a petition by the people.
So what's your suggestion for petitioning our government for redress of grievances?
You got me, I don’t know. Because I know for damn sure if you stick your name and address into one of these White House databases, you’re screwed if they’re willing to track you down. And it appears they are.
