As a resource manager, I’m even more aware of how I can mess up a contract task order by not making sure the right cost centers get charged on a weekly basis. Yuo understand....not all do. And then there are those employees that cannot seem to get their timesheets turned in on time. Hours submitted are VERY important. Payroll is ALWAYS blamed, but we can only pay what is submitted. Some will never get that.
