Fox News Channel maintains a handsome lead in primetime and total day, while primetime runner-up CNN continues a healthy climb from the lows of 2012.
Averaging 539,000 viewers in primetime and 175,000 viewers in the adults 25-54 demographic, MSNBC suffered double-digit drops from last May -- down a respective 20 and 19 percent.

And in television, May is a really bad month for the bottom to fall out.
Heh.
CNN’s rating are up?
What. Did someone double the number of airport lounges?
How are these nuts still on the air!
Yea, you and I are both surprized there are still anybody watching those nincompops, I read the other day that the worlds IQ has dropped 14.1% in the last century, so that might explain some of it
I like it.
shocking!
The Hypocrisy is to bad it burns on MSNBC!
175 THOUSAND???
Rush Limbaugh reaches more than that in about 5 seconds
Isn’t he the spitting image of Walter. I wonder if he used him as his model for the character.
I was thinking the same thing- who wants to watch that smarmy unprofessional smirk every time she childishly badmouths a conservative in the news.
This is supposed to be NEWS not petty sniveling.
It actually should be a criminal offense that someone so filled with hate as Maddow gets to spew that hatred even to an audience of 14............
MSNBC below HLN? Pretty sad for the former when viewers prefer to watch a brutal murderess over their network.
MSNBC Business Plan:
Start a cable news show with an ultra-left, bull-dyke lesbian host who is a ranting idiot.
That should draw in at least 1.5% of the cable news audience.
Not only a lesbian, but a damned ugly one!
If you notice...Senator McCain is pushing a bill that would force cable companies to offer only the channels you truly want to sign up for. Instead of these stupid 100-channel packages, and having MSNBC lumped into your package....you could idenify the twelve channels you want, and deny MSNBC.
My humble guess is that two years down the road...MSNBC might be in half the homes that it currently appears (if McCain’s bill goes into law). That would probably end the channel, as we know it.
LOL
