He was detained in 2009 while walking in Radnor Lake State Park with an AK-47-style pistol.

Now pistols are AK-47s? Who knew??!!

The Appeals Court disagreed, ruling that the right to bear arms is not unrestricted.

Please, Appeals Court, show us the restrictive clause in the second amendment.

Yes, there are AK-47 pistols. Shorten the barrel and overall length and cut off the folding stock and you have a pistol.

Leonard is a known quantity. He’s been trying to get something just like this going for a while now.

Even went so far as to open carry an AK with the tip painted orange.

He’s right, in asserting his Rights, but he’s one of those people you’d rather not have out there as a Poster Boy for the cause.

And yeah, they do make a pistol-length modded AK. Ugly looking cuss...
