Mr. George REFUSES to INVESTIGATE IRS
apparently because he dated the First Lady.
He has ABDICATED and obstructed justice.
EVERYONE KNEW. THEY PARTIED and PLUNDERED.
That’s the wrong way to look at it.
Waiving the 5th in a Court MAY be different that in a Congressional Hearing. Lerner has a high powered lawyer.
Since Issa isn’t a lawyer..he has to defer for the moment. Gowdy and Jordan probably don’t know the answer to this either.
But even if she waived her rights....they still can’t make her answer questions. They can hold her in contempt.

Issa to Mr George:
At what day did you know that the IRS had abused Americans and who did you inform?
Answer: He’s busy...etc.
Could be a “smoke ‘em out” strategy...
And I’d think her statement that she is done nothing wrong waives her rights because that statement needs to be probed...
not a lawyer but I think Gowdy was right..
He does do twitter.
He’s supposed to be back on his radio show tomorrow (Thursday).
So basically George is saying the law is ‘impractical’
We have a new catch phrase....

I think so too. They’re putting George on the hotseat to see what they can get. They probably are also talking to Lerner’s subordinates to find criminal accusations they can question her about. Then comes her immunity for the big fish.
Their arrogance is astounding.
Something must have come out about George because Issa is really going after him.
George kept the audit findings under wraps, I think, until the WH had a handle on it.

People are getting away with CRIMES and nothing is done.
Not planned exactly but very effective. Now the question of whether she had waived under the 5th will be argued in the media and all over the place as it is being argued about here.

Gowdy IS right..in a court of law as he stated.
The question remains as to whether it is the case in a Congressional Hearing.
