An AP report via Fox Nation via claims that although the FBI has identified five men believed to have been behind the September 11 Benghazi attacks, those men remain free because President Barack Obama will not allow the military to seize them.
According to the report, the FBI says it has evidence sufficient to support seizing the men as "suspected terrorists." Yet because such an action would have to be carried out by the military, Obama appears unwilling to authorize it.
Therefore, for the time being, the men are free while the FBI seeks enough additional evidence to clear a higher legal hurdle--which means "gathering enough proof to try them in a U.S. civilian court."
According to the AP, that is what "the Obama administration prefers."

0bama’s afraid of what those suspects might reveal to the media, if captured. The only reason the FBI released the suspect’s photos is because the Benghazi hearing was coming up. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have.

Millions of conservatives sat out the last presidential election because Romney wasn’t conservative enough. They were “punishing” the GOP.
If they are captured, they might be good witnesses about a White House connection. Obama can’t let them be captured. They will likely be hit by hellfire missiles via predator drones or 500lbs smart bombs any day now that they have been identified.

sigh... yeah, but Romney should have used the Benghazi information more heavily. I know he had an uphill battle against the leftist Obama stroking press, but he should still have fought harder. Plus, why didn’t he run ads in Hispanic media outlets? Obama in his own words “making the Mexican cleaning women cry”
Well, he sent guns and weapons to the Mexican Drug Cartel and tried to cover it all up. Why not weapons to Al Qeada ? He had to do something to pacify them after having their founder killed.
No, we refused to elect another gun grabbing abortion supporting and gay backing liberal to replace the one we have now.
