NO LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE YET,
So the children were living a sinful life and deserved to die for it?
Thank you. I’ve been accused of insensitivity because I still don’t understand how children inside a school when a tornado strikes drown rather than are killed by blunt force trauma.
Many schools are used for shelters in emergency situations....generally ca withstand strong winds etc. But in this case it was an F5 Tornado with winds at 200 plus an hour...plus it was drilling as it went.
To where?
So God wipes out Moore, OK, filled with evangelical Christians and Republicans.
Is His aim THAT bad?
I’m a Mississippian and I thought about the Yazoo tornado, but I wasn’t sure if I was remembering it correctly. I was also thinking he refused funds after KY was hit with an awful ice storm, but I’m not sure about that (and I’m not where I can research anything).
You from Westboro?
Source for that report was KFOR-TV, the NBC affiliate in Oklahoma City; their information came from police and fire officials at one of the elementary schools that was heavily damaged by the tornado. A later report (from the Oklahoma state medical examiner) says at least 37 are dead and the death toll is expected to rise.
Some of the damage from Moore looks like EF-5 category. If you’re not underground—and take a direct hit—you won’t survive. It’s really that simple.
I think the poster is meaning the nation as a whole, not Moore in particular.
Plumbing or swimming pool breakage?
anywhere sideways
FOX reporting now confirmed 37 dead.........
It’s OK...you asked me..and I understood your question..not to worry.
The Lords Prayer seems appropriate for this terrible day for our Midwest FRiends (imho). This tornado was not from God.
Lord Jesus, rest those who perished with the saints and the angels.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, amen.
This morning there was no severe storm and no severe storms heading for Moore.
There was just a big "moderate risk" area extending from Texas to Missouri. 99.99999999% of this area did not experience a tornado today.
No maybe it is the good die young. Mercy. You know.
Sure it's good advertising, but they've set up a donation center outside their studios for food/water/clothing donations, passing along contact info for kids/people who've been found and can't find loved ones, etc.
Almost like news orgs used to behave . . .
