I was at work 2 miles north of the path of this tornado and was only a half of a mile from the 1999 tornado. The problem is that this happened very quickly and right as schools were letting out. Within twenty minutes of the first claps of thunder, the sirens were going off and this thing was spinning into a massive tornado. Okc has some of the most advanced weather detection systems in the world, but this thing happened so fast, people were caught off guard. We were watching people driving right into the path of tornado with no idea what was going on.

I’m afraid this one is going to be bad. I am still waiting to here from coworkers trying to get back to their homes and find out about their families.

Glad you are safe. One reporter said that 4 people were pulled out of debris and one was a tiny baby. God help OK!
