You are right. There is a world of difference between a 13-15 year old kid and a seventeen to nineteen kid. But we permit perverts to organize gay social activity with queers from 13-19. They do that for a reason.
You don't "think" she was abused? All sexcual predators take advantage of their victim's weakness, other than those who kidnap or rape forcibly. Many use other techniques which I have describe.
