The American people have lost faith in U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., and he must be replaced, a top GOP senator said Sunday.

“I lost confidence in the attorney general a long time ago over his cover-up of the Fast and Furious investigation,” said Sen. John Cornyn, Texas Republican, referencing Mr. Holder’s role in the infamous gunrunning scheme that went awry and cost the life of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

Calls for Mr. Holder’s ouster have grown louder since it was revealed the Justice Department gathered telephone records for at least 20 Associated Press editors and reporters...

He belongs in jail. Resignation isn’t enough.

And, so does everyone in authority who doesn't put him and ALL of the IRS authorities involved in this mess in prison.

Some on here are saying he needs to be in prison. He will do fine in prison since he never remembers anything anyway. Every day will be a new one for him since he won't remember what happened the day before.

He doesn't remember when he knew about Fast and Furious, didn't know/remember anything about the reporter communication grabbing, recused himself from that and when asked about did he put that in writing, doesn't remember if he did or not, said he would have to look and see if he did but doesn't remember if he did. I heard all the hearing, and Holder is a POS with no credibility. He enforces laws he likes and ignores the rest.

Hussein has just said he has confidence in Holder. Of course he does, Holder is carrying out Hussein's orders. They both act as though neither ever talks to the other one - that is another lie to add to the others.

I recently joined Cornyn’s advisory group when I was asked. Cornyn was our Texas State Attorney General before he became a senator.

Remember when the Media whorenalists hounded John Ashcroft for months and months for firing political appointee attorneys when he became attorney general?

(Something he was perfectly within his rights to do)

It’s also way past time for Sen. Cornyn to go too. He is about as worthless a human being as there is, especially when he is compared to his new Texas counterpart, Ted Cruz! While there is no question that the country has a problem with the RATs, we have an even bigger problem with the RINOs. They screw their country and get a pass too.

Ann Barnhardt says Eric Hiolder isn't going anywhere.

I hope she is wrong on this, it is long past the time that he should be gone.
