They’re state police. They’ve had those uniforms for decades. No those Jersey cop uniforms harken back to the 1920’s and 30’s in the U.S. Check out any Al Capone film or Bonnie & Clyde. :-) No, the danger today are all those “police” running around in SWAT units with military uniforms, military weapons and armored vehicles “serving and protecting” us.

I just had to “purge my keyboard” from the coffee I spit all over it!!!
I had the same idea. These guys look just like Nazis, what with all the crossed leather belts and their “Early Hitler style” hats!
