It may come, high price or no.

I had a horrible thought: that no matter how many people voted for Romney, the election was so thoroughly rigged he had no chance, absolutely none, of winning.

Too bad we can’t just have a vote of “no confidence”.....

Not one single chance. The election is over. Even if you had irrefutable evidence that Obama had stuffed ballots and rigged voting machines, another election would not be held (although he could be impeached if he was found to have been directly involved).

Now’s not the time for pipe-dreaming. If you want to be realistically unrealistic, point out that there is a slim chance we replace Boehner with Steve King in congress. Obama and Biden are BOTH found to have been involved with the IRS targeting. They both get impeached, and we get a President King, instead of a president who acts like a king.

Right now though, the most likely outcome of all this is Barry and the Dems lose seats in the House and lose the senate in 2014.

IRS oppression is one attack vector.

Deliberately overwhelming early voting procedures/facilitate vote fraud, is another vector.

Counting irregularities, another.

Quite possibly altered the election. But it’s hard to make a stink about it when the darned GOP itself was doing everything it could to pour cold water on the entire tea-party movement right after the 2010 mid-terms onward. Even FoxNews conspicuously dropped it like a rock, as if it had orders to do so. The outlawing of the very words “tea party” from being spoken at the GOP convention still angers the hell out me.

Some key patrons of Richard Nixon urged him to contest the close 1960 presidential election when evidence of election fraud in Chicago and West Virginia surfaced. Nixon declined saying he did not want to create a constitutional crisis. Al Gore didn’t have any such qualms in 2000.

In Connecticut an explosive, tangled story is unfolding in District Court about a union chief paying off the campaign of U.S. Senator Chris Murphy

"Politics is about the Benjamins, "This game runs on one thing -- dollars,"Soucy told the Waterbury group and advised them to come up with $10,000 to give to Donovan's congressional campaign before the breakfast meeting "to show they were serious."

"We're dealing with politicians here, not the Mob,''

But who else leaves the money in a fridge?

As it should. Nothing, NOTHING gets passed or even presented in either chamber until this mess is undone. This is the last straw for me. NOTHING this government does matters, not funding, not foreign aid, not food stamps, not legislating and certainly not governing. NOTHING until the IRS is held accountable for their actions. The IRS is so entrenched in our system and our lives and they have crossed the line on public trust. If their is no integrity there, then we have lost. This makes me sick beyond words.

Once in a while, an entire government can be seen coming down in other countries, but it’s not something Americans – really, even those who most vigorously oppose Barack Obama – want to go through.

Wrong. I'd like to see zero, holder and several others in prison garb. The sooner, the better.

It was known to be oppression from the beginning.

The partial realization is just now coming. The lies may or may not prevent full realization. Recognition of lies as lies is part of the full realization

Hey stopping a free people from expressing political thoughts - and suppressing their right to assemble isn't against the law is it?

Well, not in third world totalitarian hellholes - or the United State as run by effing liberals... right? Thanks you suckups at the New York Times....

This stuff goes on everywhere in the govt. I could write a book about what the DHS did to try to stall Mr GG2’s application for an import/export license to sell his patent to a friendly foreign country. They tried to force him to tell what political party he was affiliated with and which party he had made political donations to. It was so unbelievable I cannot tell you. We finally had to get a US Congressman involved and he got the shock wake up of his life when he had some conversations with these mid management level types.

Thanks to all the stall the contract expired and the whole deal fell through. If it was not for that congressman we would still be waiting for the license approval. Prior to Barry Soetoro being elected the approval for this license was through the Dept of Commerce. Now it has to go through 5 separate agency approvals.

We already knew there was significant fraud by the Democrats in 2012. I don’t believe they would have taken that risk for any reason other than to change the election outcome. That’s one of many reasons why I will not call the usurper by the title of the office he has stolen.

Here's a pipe-dream, but perhaps the 20th Amendment has wiggle room for replacing an administration by means other than succession?

Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Section 2. The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, and such meeting shall begin at noon on the 3d day of January, unless they shall by law appoint a different day.

Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Section 4. The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.

Section 5. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.

Section 6. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission.

What if Congress were to find that the IRS scandal was so vast that it had clear material effect on Romney's rights? What if they were to further find that the IRS was also misused to coerce Roberts' vote on Obamacare?

If Obama and Biden were both to be impeached and removed, couldn't Congress decide that the better approach going forward is to declare that Obama/Biden failed to qualify in hindsight, but that their fraud was only exposed now? Therefore, finding that they never qualified in the first place, Congess will exercise its 25th amendment power to declare that the other candidate (who, let's not forget, won 50 million votes) is now president.

Sure, the Senate would balk at the idea. But they can't just waive away 50 million votes as if it had no bearing on the matter.

-PJ
