This is why Obama had to be defeated last year. Now, it's going to be really, really bad.
The House GOP can defund ObamaCare enforcement right now by failing to appropriate the money.
True, they can kill it.
The only way the House can kill Obamacare is if Boehner is replaced by someone with a Warrior mindset.
If you’re getting subsidized insurance there going to want to know if you get a raise,overtime,get married,move to a different state. They’re going to want continuous updates on your activities. They want our freedom.
Indeed. The house GOP could have stopped Obama in 2010 and did not. They did however give him all the money he wanted to do his damage. Why people refuse to hold them accountable I will never know. Instead, like raped and beaten wives, they defend their abusers.
Boehner knows what he’s doing. That’s my opinion.
I was under the impression the Democrats had the funding for ACA written into the law at the time they passed it. They apparently anticipated the potential of a movement to stop the funding, and thus it was funded in an unusual, perhaps sleight-of-hand legislative move at the time it was passed.
I’m going by memory here, and would appreciate correction, or clarification by any FReeper(s) if I’m in error.
They all knew IRS would be in charge of too many critical components to be believed.
It is simply not possible to put what amounts to an armed bill collection agency in charge of any aspect of medical care.
Sure, it's true that in every large corporation the fellow who heads up collections sits right there with the fellows who spend the money when they meet with the board, but that collections unit leider does not tell operating folks how to set prices nor how to build their products. If they did they'd soon be out of business.

The money would come into HHS on one side and they could allocate it to health insurance premiums on the other side!
Then Roberts got a ruling past the Supreme Court that said the whole thing was a tax.
In doing that Roberts forced all the supplemental FEES and PENALTIES to be considred as TAXES and all TAXES go to the general fund ~ leaving nothing for HHS to pass around.
Even now HHS is running out of funds to pay for their state and/or federal insurance exchanges!
Once Boehner (or his successor) stands firm against continuing resolutions (that continue paying prior obligations without debate of the utility of those obligations) the entire ObamaKKKare infrastructure will GO BROKE!
For many of us ~ particularly those of us who understand what a real threat it is to your health care to have Congress standing between you and the doctors ~ the health and wellbeing of every American is in danger when Congress ~ whether run by Republicans or Democrats ~ is in a position to cut off your health care simply by engaging in a legislative funding battle. That 15 minute wait to get taken to a cardiac unit could turn into a 15 month wait, and the whole thing becomes a Death Panel.
It was supposed to be a tax collection agency. It rapidly became a coercive arm of a fascist government.
It has the power to render an individual penniless. It has usurped the power to plow a business into the dirt. It has taken upon itself the power to hound and harass citizens, normally presumed innocent in civilized countries, forcing them to prove what can not be proved.
That’s the problem. What he is doing is working for the Dem/Communists of his free will.

Taxpayers may view the projected IRS form at www.ObamacareTaxForm.com. On the form, lines 3-4 show where taxpayers will disclose their personal health ID information.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Obamacare isn’t about health care. It’s about control over you and I.
Your health care data will be used to punish you. It will be used against you. It will be leaked into the public record if you oppose the government. Government-run health care is tyrannical.
