Krauthammer just said that and added Treasury is part of the Exec branch.
Today Rep Collins grilled Holder on the “treasury is an independent agency”..and cut him on that, ha! I bet collins knew Oboxo was going to say this tonight and that’s why he kept hammering Holder on that.
