This was nothing. The ‘acting’ commissioner out? That’s it? Promises to work with Congress? Puts his own Treasury Secy and hack, Jack Lew in charge? This is crap. Wants no politics played by Congress? This is a war between Obama and Congress - Obama just declared it!
