Obama will be in a high dudgeon mode demanding that justice be served. He will claim overall responsibility but making it seem like he is an outsider who had nothing to do with what happened. He may even say that he will appoint a special prosecutor or commission to look into the matter. This will essentially take the issue off the table since it will now be under investigation and administration officials can’t comment on it.
