Will the new Star Trek sequel boldly go where much of Hollywood has gone before--bashing President George W. Bush?
Benedict Cumberbatch, the British actor who plays the mysterious villain in Star Trek Into Darkness, told BBC America that the new film's futuristic setting didn't stop it from reflecting on recent global events.

Wasn’t planning on seeing it. Now I know I won’t see it.

More worthless trash from Trashywood.

The one review I read for this film isn’t positive.
IMHO, another one for the discount bins at Walmart

...didn't stop it from reflecting on recent global events. Bush and Chenney have been out of office for 4-1/2 years.

Oh, wait, wrong movie. Still stupid, though.

Sequel Critiques Bush/Cheney Foreign Policy
How long does it have to continue before it is finally called the "Obama/Biden Foreign Policy"?

Always warms my heart to see the entertainment industry, which practices the most abominable morals in recorded history, preach to the rest of us about their moral superiority.

I’d like to thank everyone who didn’t let the secret out that Bush is no longer President and hasn’t been for a long while. I thought that with all of the leaks and scandals that leftists would eventually find that out but it seems some are still in the dark.

To Mr. Cumberbatch: Congratulations, a**hole, you just blew off 30% of your potential audience, many of whom will look for your name in cast lists to avoid seeing your pansy face. Could have expected this from the actor who played the closet fairy spy in Tinker, Taylor.

A stupid British actor theorizing. That’s all this is.
I have good friends in the US Military who have already seen it...and loved it. Apparently there was an early release for some US Bases.
I intend to see it and expect it will be a very good sci-fi fiction movie.
I could care less what some British actor who is in the film thinks...besides, hehehe, he probably gets completely waisted in the movie anyway. I’ll let you know Saturday after I see it.
To: EveningStar
Didn’t know if I wanted to see this or not. Now I know I don’t.

That’s too bad. I really liked Cumberbatch in Parades End and Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy. I may have to re-think that.

Up until recently I had believed that Obozo/Biteme were untouchable as to how badly they were running the country, and their foreign policy failures. More recently things are looking more hopeful that these cretins will be held to account.

I’m a fan of Star Trek - but I won’t be paying good money for this movie.

And yet they continue to have the nerve ask us for OUR money to support their leftist propaganda piece against us.
